Enhancements to Product Uploader

The product uploader is enhanced with the following new features:

• Upload the entire catalog
• Activity Log UI updated

Upload the entire product catalog

Marketplace now gives you an option to upload the entire product catalog including the associated images from the Create Catalog option in the Product Uploader feature.

Previously, the catalog data had to be uploaded as individual files for each dataset. This update enables you to upload the following datasets as a consolidated zip file in .csv format:

• Product Basics
• Product Media
• Product Features
• Product Feature characteristics
• Product Images
• Product Benefit
• Editions
• Pricing Plans

This update helps the Marketplace Managers to update and upload the entire production catalog as one consolidated file on the sandbox environment while setting a new marketplace in place of uploading each dataset file separately.

Activity Log UI updated

The Activity log is updated to provide a seamless and intuitive experience for users to identify the status of operations that are being processed.

The updated UI now displays the following columns:

• Status - Displays the status of the activity using the icons and colors.
• Activity - Displays the process being performed such as download, upload, publish.
• Activity Type - Displays the process being performed such as download or upload along with the dataset that is being downloaded or uploaded.
• Progress - Displays the progress of the activity. It displays the number of products processed and the total number of products to be processed. Example - 58/2735
• Initiated by- Displays the initiator's name
• Initiated on - Displays the date the activity was initiated on and the time it was initiated in the format - dd, month, year @ time.
  

You can expand each activity to see the following details:

• Activity Status
• File Name
• Total Products uploaded
• Products Successfully uploaded
• Products Failed to be Uploaded
  

You can click the download icon and download the successfully uploaded products file and the error file with products that failed to be uploaded.

This update also allows you to filter the log based on Activity, Activity Type and Status.
